LAURA SEARS-BALDENSPERGER, a native of Warren, PA, has been dancing for the past 19 years. A competitive dancer with Linda Dies Dance Unlimited while growing up, she later began to choreograph and teach there for three years. She is trained in ballet, tap, Irish step dance, jazz, lyrical, & pointe. Her college studies at Shenandoah University also included Modern and Flamenco. She attended and performed in the American College Dance Festival in 2000 and 2002. She had the privilege of performing in 2002 for the "Kennedy Center Honors honoring Chita Rivera" broadcasted on CBS. She has danced in numerous musicals with Struther's Library Theatre Professional Summer Playhouse and has directed and choreographed numerous community and high school productions in Warren, PA. She is a member of Sigma Rho Delta Dance fraternity and is also a certified massage therapist.
